Hello, Hello, Hello.

Yeah, I hoof been gone for awhile.  I need to post more often and "get involved" in my space.

What do I post?  That is probably the biggest question that everyone has when they start a new space (or blog or journal.)

I have a wide variety of interests.

I have been told that I am full of useless trivia, such as "What does M&M's stand for?" "What is Snickers named after?" as well as other information (that might be considered useless) like "Cntl+Shift+; inserts the current time into an Excel cell."

While I have done blogs on and off for years, I do admire people like Adam Curry, David Winer and Robert Scoble who can post virtually every day for years (not that we always agree )

I am working on my daily schedule to allow me to spend my time wisely (and I know that some of you think the Internet is not exactly the wisest use of time.)

I work about .3 miles from work, but it is 1.10 miles to walk to work due to a chain link fence (topped with barbed wire) between me and work.  This would be perfect to a Segway (as there are limited sidewalks between here and there) but alas, I cannot find someone that will give me one, nor even let me make monthly payments, so I sit here renting a Kia Rio for $100 a week.

Yeah, I got to get my act together.

I need to find out more about doing the following...

A stored procedure that reads an SQLMail box, looks for emails from a particular domain (ie @microsoft.com), checks for .CSV attachments and then inserts the data from the CSV attachment into an existing table (while having to strip off some additional text around some of the fields.)

Does anyone have an idea on where I could find this type of information?

MSDN is too generic, and I don't think Scoble does SQLMail too often

Spent all night trying to clean up my email, computer and other stuff.

Now that I got the digital bits cleaned, I have to work on my "home office" next as it definately needs to be cleaned.

Once I get that under control it is time to see what I am doing as far as work.

I have a few sites that I do some work on, and I have had a few contract work interviews.

Nothing has panned out yet, but there is still hope.

I also need to consolidate a lot of online stuff.
